Commission Agreement
This Commission Agreement outlines the terms and conditions between the Artist, Churi, and you, the Commissioner. By commissioning the Artist, the Commissioner agrees to the following:
Payment & Refunds
⊱ The Artist accepts payment via PayPal.
⊱ Payment terms will include an upfront deposit of 50% before work commences.
⊱ After the final work has been approved, full payment shall be made before attaining a high quality copy of the artwork.
⊱ The Commissioner may cancel the commission before work begins for a full refund. Otherwise, if the work has commenced, there are strictly no refunds.
⊱ The Artist reserves the right to cancel the commission at any time for any reason. In this case, the Commissioner will receive a full refund for any payments made.
Copyright
⊱ The Artist retains all copyrights to the created artwork. The Commissioner acquires the right to use the artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes only, with proper credit given to the Artist.
⊱ Commercial use rights require an additional fee.
⊱ The Commissioner may display the commissioned work on social platforms so long as the Artist is properly credited.
⊱ The commissioned work may not be used for AI image generators, Non-fungible Tokens (NFTs), or any form of cryptocurrency.
⊱ Tampering with the artwork by tracing or copying is prohibited.
⊱ The Commissioner cannot claim the art as their own.
Commission Process
⊱ The Commissioner shall provide a detailed description of their desired artwork, including references, subject matter, and any specific stylistic preferences.⊱ The Artist will provide the Commissioner a written outline of what can be fulfilled or compromised as well as the estimated completion timeframe based on the Commissioner's request.⊱ Upon the Commissioner's acceptance of the outline, the Commission Agreement becomes binding.⊱ The Artist will provide the Commissioner with Work In Progress images at designated stages for feedback and approval.⊱ Communication will be conducted through Twitter / Instagram Direct Messages or Discord. The Artist will respond to inquiries within a reasonable timeframe. (Timezone: CET)⊱ The request for major changes after the sketch is approved is strongly prohibited. Otherwise, additional charges will be requested.⊱ The final artwork will be delivered digitally through a medium dependent on the Commissioner's preference.
